True’s founders began developing their unique approach to VC, PE, and tech executive search in the late 1990s. Since then they have refined the process with a precise blend of data-driven insights, experience and relationship-building to produce an unparalleled search and recruitment methodology. In 2012 Brad Stadler and Joe Riggione teamed with industry veterans Pat Haggerty, Tim McDonald, and Josh Withers to found True, now with offices nationwide and in EMEA.
